The Antelope Valley Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California has been providing regional service to promote building industry issues for over 55 years.  Based in Lancaster, California and serving the communities of Palmdale, Lancaster and unincorporated North Los Angeles County; along with the cities of Rosamond, Mojave, California City and Ridgecrest, together with the unincorporated regions of SE Kern County, the AVBIA works directly with both elected and administrative officials in cities, counties, school districts, water agencies, and regional agencies/organizations to meet the issues and challenges of the building industry.
